It snowed a lot last weekend so I had to move my 10 miler to Monday morning. That left me free time to dive off my front porch.

I've done a pretty decent job at keeping a swim schedule going-it's probably because I'm still fascinated by my garmin. It counts laps in the pool for you! How does it know?! I also went back to spin for the first time since December. Yes, I had a very swim, bike, run week and had 3 morning workouts. WHAT?! I know, I don't get it either, since when do I work out in the morning?

O yeah, and then I ran 18.3 miles on Saturday :) It actually went pretty well. I was spaced out for the first 8/9 miles and but I stopped at one of the water stops to chat with our Tedy's Team organizer and he told me Tedy really liked the helmets I had him sign! I'm really excited for the fundraiser on 3/2....all you bloggies better be there. Yes, I just called you all bloggies.

I also should mention in regards to keep my hobbies varied, my mom asked me to take a Glass Mosaic art class with her. Every Wednesday night for the past couple weeks I have been cutting and gluing glass pieces together to make a design of my choice:

My art teacher said in his 15 years of teaching, no one has ever made a triathlon mosaic before ;)
