It snowed a lot last weekend so I had to move my 10 miler to Monday morning. That left me free time to dive off my front porch.
Scenes from a 10 mile run Monday morning with Sarah after the huge snowstorm we had the other weekend:
He's our bff :) |
O yeah, and then I ran 18.3 miles on Saturday :) It actually went pretty well. I was spaced out for the first 8/9 miles and but I stopped at one of the water stops to chat with our Tedy's Team organizer and he told me Tedy really liked the helmets I had him sign! I'm really excited for the fundraiser on 3/2....all you bloggies better be there. Yes, I just called you all bloggies.
Also, this is how to keep a run entertaining:
I mean, what else was I going to do waiting at a red light? |
Encouragement sign while running up Heartbreak Hill, can't wait to get the real sticker! |
All the runners out training in the Comm Ave carriage lane :) |
My art teacher said in his 15 years of teaching, no one has ever made a triathlon mosaic before ;) |
Personally raising $5,000 for a very important cause ain't no joke!
Now after you donate go outside and run in the pretty snow before we are all complaining it is too hot out to go running ;)
