While looking through my Cohasset tri photos I stumbled on this gem...

...I don't think I would be smiling and giving a thumbs up if I knew I had a valley in my quad! AHHH that's the exact spot where my quad started hurting on the 65+ bike ride the other week. Strangely it doesn't hurt when I run though...
