So...sometimes I just feel like doing long runs. My friend asked what I was training for and I was like hmm...idk? Life? More to come on that later.
Basically I'm half way through my 9 miler and I realized I forgot to stretch after a couple miles like my pt suggested. So I stopped and started stretching and now I feel horrible haha. O man.
In Fenway, hopefully I can make it back haha
Also, public service announcement: don't take the pike I to Boston!
